About Us

We're Craig and Kassie Oram, owners of Hokulia Shave Ice - Billings! Kassie is a Billings girl. She graduated from West High and completed a portion of her university courses here. Craig is from Rigby, ID, but we've called Billings home together since 2011. We have 4 kids, ages 5-14, and this summer we're doing something we've been dreaming about for a while.Why Hokulia? 🌺We wanted our kids to learn what it looks like to work hard, learn business skills, and save for the future. We also wanted to create a place in Billings where young people could work in an environment that's genuinely fun and uplifting.And selfishly? We wanted Hokulia shave ice whenever we felt like it 😋
